Over several years I have purchased and sold many homes. This experience was like no other. I never received such dedication and drive to make this transaction run so smoothly. On our first meeting Shawna came to my house and explained the entire process from the beginning to the end. My house sold on the very first day! That wasn't luck that was hard work and preparation. I was very fortunate to have Shawna as my realtor. I would recommend her to every person looking to buy or sell. I appreciate her hard work her dedication to make this process effortless. Shawna was truly amazing to work with. if I ever purchased another home I would reach out and ask for Shawna. I believe in her work ethic her kindness and making the customer feel at ease. She will always be number one in my book. Sincerely, Terri Vinton

Easily contacted whenever we had questions or concerns. Her knowledge of the market was clearly key to our pricing and negotiating strategy. Most notable was her ability to keep us informed of what was coming next (or what could come next). This made us feel in control of the process. Clearly the most impressive realtor we’ve ever met.

We can start over 14 months ago when I was referred to Shawna by my previous realtor in Orlando. From day one, she was one of the most patient, knowledgeable, and kind-hearted people I’ve ever worked with. This was so much more than a real estate transaction. As someone who was still new to the area, I went through countless changes in location preferences and priorities. To be honest, I wasn’t always sure exactly what I wanted, but I usually had an idea—and Shawna always kept an open mind and helped guide me through the process. She consistently checked in, made herself available whenever I wanted to see properties, and was incredibly easy to reach. Her knowledge of the market and dedication to her clients are second to none. Over the course of 14 months, she wrote more than half a dozen offers for me, and eventually one finally stuck—in an area I never would have considered when we first started looking. Throughout the entire journey, she remained patient, supportive, and committed to helping me find the right home. Not only did she connect me with a fantastic mortgage lender and closing team, but she also became a realtor I will recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Shawna is truly one of the best in the business, and I am incredibly grateful for the connection and for everything she did to help me become a homeowner.
