We have used the O’Steen Group to buy and sell our home in Bradenton. During the buying process, Becky was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking to buy and even printed is a binder detailing all the potential homes that fit our needs. She patiently showed us several dozen homes and was very good at getting us into the homes we wanted to see. It was her familiarity and network with the market and other realtors that ultimately lead us to find and buy the home of our dreams. The home buying process itself was very smooth. With the help of the O’Steen team our closing was a breeze. During our time living in the home, Becky was an excellent resource as far as home maintenance personnel and tips on how to protect our investment. When the time came to sell our home, the O’Steen Group was an obvious choice. Becky and Jonathan pulled out all the stops to help us sell our property. They went out of their way to hold and promote open houses.Everyone was very communicative during this process and we could rest easy knowing we were in good hands. It was because of the professionalism and reputation of the O’Steen group our house sold for above asking price! If you want a hardworking team on your side during the home buying or selling process we cannot recommend the O’Steen Group enough!

Bill was an amazing realtor. He was very attentive to my needs as a seller and went above and beyond to make sure the process of selling my first home was seamless and easy. He walked me through the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Bill Fortner to anyone I know that is buying or selling. He is an awesome agent!!

David guided me through this trying experience as only a highly experienced and caring professional could. I truly felt like I was in good hands.
