Jan has an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. Throughout the entire process, she stayed on top of every issue, followed up promptly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. We especially appreciated her strong negotiation skills and her ability to guide us through the various decisions that came up along the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but having an experienced and responsive agent like Jan made the process much easier. The fact that we chose to work with her a second time probably says it best. We would definitely recommend Jan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Generally, had a very good experience with Mandy Mapp, whom I'd known previously as she had arranged my condo lease and was previously a tenant in my condo. This was my first experience in selling a home, so I have no point of comparison, but Mandy was responsive, pleasant, and made the effort to get answers when she didn't have them immediately.

She was easy to work with, listened to my request. Helped finding inspectors, handyman's. She followed up on everything. Love HER!!!!
