We've been in our beautiful condo little over a month. We are ecstatic with our purchase. Candy's market knowledge , work ethic and overall professionalism made this happen. We placed our trust in Candy, buying from a distance, and she never wavered or disappointed us in the negotiations. Candy brings a refreshing enthusiasm and honesty to the process. Anyone who desires to live in the paradise we call Longboat Key, Candy Swick & Company is highly recommended as a go to realty company. Thank you Candy! You and your team are the best!

Cindy kept in contact with us and was good at advising us to get our asking price at a sellable rate for the current market. We appreciated her help in the negotiation process. Without her help the negotiation may have fallen thru.

I was introduced to Judy and within three days, I was able to purchase a property.
