I met Tracey more than 3 years ago, when I was looking at a house she was selling. I liked her helpfulness and personality, so I held on to her card. I was busy caring for my mother, so I put off moving to Sarasota. While visiting my cousin in early January, a unit in the same development came on the market, I called Tracey. She got me in to see it the next day, and we made an offer. The seller countered, I countered back and we came to an agreement on Saturday --2 days after I called Tracey! She helped me through all the necessary paperwork and inspection, and we closed on the 31st of January. It couldn't have gone smoother! She exceeded all my expectations!

Overall good experience

Roberta was very responsive to all of our questions, concerns and needs! She was very helpful and patient showing us numerous homes ALL over the place until we were able to narrow down our non-negotiables and specific area to concentrate on!!

Her marketing skills I would say are outstanding. In today’s real estate market world, she not only got top dollar for my villa, but sold it fast.
