Dear Suncoast: I am writing this review to express how much I truly valued and appreciated Jude Paul as having been my Real Estate Broker in the purchase of my first home. From our first meeting, Jude was incredibly warm and personable. He was always able to put me at ease during times when it became very frustrating for me. Jude always made sure to be there whenever I needed assistance. An example of his thoughtfulness: the loan processor insisted that all documents be faxed over instead of copy and send. My own fax machine was not working and there was no other way for me to get the documents to her. I asked Jude if he could help me and without hesitation, he acted immediately. With the help of an administrator of Suncoast, we were able to get the documents faxed without delay. Another act of kindness was I needed movers to help me finish moving because the movers I had booked did not fulfill their obligations of my contract with U-Haul. They had decided to leave early and without notice basically leaving me stranded. I called Jude and he recommended one of his friends. I was back on track to finish moving into my new home. As a real estate agent, Jude far exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond and without any hesitations. He is an honest, dependable and dedicated professional. He was always there to answer any questions and he has a deep understanding of the process involved with buying a home.
