This is my second experience with them and really happy with all the process they demonstrate excellent market knowledge and negotiation, he is very professional.

The Quinns know the market and tell it like it is. My previous transaction was selling an expensive home in a very depressed market area. I believe we negotiated the best price we could given the market conditions. They then helped me purchase a beautiful home where I feel I will be very happy. The Quinns negotiated through several difficult issues on both transactions, and used Landsel title company for closing. Landsel stayed on top of closing transactions and transferring of funds. The Quinns are great communicators, very thorough and organized, and have the expertise to navigate Floridas ever changing housing markets. After 14 real estate transaction with the Quinns as guides, I confidently recommend them to all selling property, or looking to find their next home.

We listed with Courtney to sell our Cape Coral home in October 2020. She and her professional staff made an incredible video, posted an amazing ML listing and sold our house seemingly overnight, and with multiple offers, all over asking price! We are forever grateful to her for her knowledge, experience and expertise in selling real estate! Thank you, Courtney! Joyce and Ken Douglas
