I can’t say enough about Oleg’s capabilities when either buying or selling real estate. We have used Oleg to do both! When we purchased a few years ago, we thought our deal was dead. Thanks to Oleg’s persistence, much to our surprise, our offer was accepted. Then the real work started getting all the required paperwork completed and getting the sale closed. This time around, Oleg was asked to sell our condo and he really rose to the occasion. Before a week had past, our place was staged, photographed and advertised and he already had a couple of showings. Even with the market starting to take a slide on the down side, within a few weeks we had two offers. After a week of negotiations, the deal was done! Thank you Oleg for a job well done!

I worked with Bryan for over 2 years looking for a home to buy. And during this sellers market we are in he was patient, thoughtful, and commited to finding my family the right home! Many times he could have told me to just “buy this one,” but instead he took the time to go over the pros/cons of each home we viewed which was a big list. I would highly recommend and I do plan on using Bryan for future transactions!
