I can’t say enough about Oleg’s capabilities when either buying or selling real estate. We have used Oleg to do both! When we purchased a few years ago, we thought our deal was dead. Thanks to Oleg’s persistence, much to our surprise, our offer was accepted. Then the real work started getting all the required paperwork completed and getting the sale closed. This time around, Oleg was asked to sell our condo and he really rose to the occasion. Before a week had past, our place was staged, photographed and advertised and he already had a couple of showings.
