Overall good experience

Una recomendación completa, por su apto conocimiento y redactar cada detalle , cada problema y sobre todo la experiencia que se brinda a su excelente servicio

I have worked with many realtors for the past 40 years, for both commercial and residential purchases and sales. I recently purchased two properties in the Ft. Meyers area through Andrea Beckman. She sold one of them for me, and the second is under contract, all within a short period of time. She knows her market well. Andrea goes the extra mile for her clients. She kept me informed of buyer's and seller's interest and offers. Andrea is a consummate professional. She is fair, honest and realistic about pricing. She recently received high praise for timely communications and attention to detail from the daughter of a buyer, who herself is a realtor. I highly recommend Andrea Beckman if you are considering the purchase or sale of a property in South Florida.

April embodies the most important characteristics of remarkable service which includes being proactive, engaging, insightful, balanced and a relationship builder. She thoughtfully and proactively kept us ahed of the available homes in a very challenging market to find a home. We appreciated her kind and easy to work with style. She goes beyond the traditional limits to help us transition to our Florida home. Chad her husband has been a terrific partner in the process to support our purchase and transition as well. "Call it Done" is the name of their realty firm while we experienced it as "Getting it Done the Right Way"
