We used Nicola Wakelin to sell our home and were beyond delighted with both the process and the result. Nicola is the ultimate professional and she was highly responsive from beginning to end. She demonstrated a keen knowledge of the local market and guided us in preparing the house to look its best. Her marketing materials, photos and videos were outstanding, which helped attract dozens of showings in a matter of days. Nicola was also pro-active in identifying and remediating potential issues before they even arose, such as a building permit that had never been closed. The buyer’s appraiser volunteered that our realtor had priced the house at the very top of the range that he could approve, and the house still sold for above asking price. We highly recommend Nicola for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
