We decided to sell our house early this year, but COVID certainly threw us a curveball and delayed the process. This was also our first time selling a home, so we were nervous! Even with a simple phone call to get the process started, I knew we were in good hands. Nicola made us feel very at ease during the whole process, and we really felt that she had our best interest at heart. Looking at previous homes that had sold in our neighborhood, we weren't sure our house would rank in that price range. Had we been with any other realtor, we wouldn't have been able to get the full price offer, in the highest price range for our neighborhood.
