I used Roxanne to buy a house and allow me to sell my condo as a contingency. Well, you can imagine, in this market, how difficult that can be. Roxanne's ability to think outside the box to accomplish our goal was truly stellar. We were sitting in my condo, strategizing as to how we could accomplish this. She calls the seller's and invites them over to see my condo. She ends that when they saw it, they would realize it would sell very quickly, and they agreed to allow the contingency, giving us enough time to sell my condo. Brilliant! What a wonderful experience! The entire team working in concert to handle anything and everything that comes up during the entire process, from staging my home to organizing the inspections, to accompanying me during the closings. If I could give this professional lady ten stars I would. I cold called her from NJ two to three months before coming to FL to begin my home search, because we were planning on relocating. She spent about 1 1/2 hrs getting to know me, then from that point on began sending me listings. My goal and expectation for my first in person visit to FL in February was to look and nail down the exact location and neighborhood we would be interested in as we were not in a rush to purchase. On our last day out (a total of three days looking) on the very last property we looked at we found our perfect home. Alas there was an accepted offer on the property, but we insisted on looking at it anyway since we were from out of town and trying to educate ourselves. Besides, deals fall through everyday. Vivian stayed on it and three weeks later called us to let me know that the previous offer did fall through, and that if we were interested we should place an offer.
