I used Roxanne to buy a house and allow me to sell my condo as a contingency. Well, you can imagine, in this market, how difficult that can be. Roxanne's ability to think outside the box to accomplish our goal was truly stellar. We were sitting in my condo, strategizing as to how we could accomplish this. She calls the seller's and invites them over to see my condo. She ends that when they saw it, they would realize it would sell very quickly, and they agreed to allow the contingency, giving us enough time to sell my condo. Brilliant! What a wonderful experience!
