We worked with Tracey on the purchase of a vacation home in Florida. Our permanent residence is in Ohio, and while we were able to tour homes in person, our transaction was largely completed from afar. We are highly analytical by nature. As a man I'm not aware of the "little" things needed to appeal to a buyer. She went out of her way to make my house have those little things that people want. She was always available to answer my questions or concerns throughout the process.
