The Quinns know the market and tell it like it is. My previous transaction was selling an expensive home in a very depressed market area. I believe we negotiated the best price we could given the market conditions. They then helped me purchase a beautiful home where I feel I will be very happy. The Quinns negotiated through several difficult issues on both transactions, and used Landsel title company for closing. Landsel stayed on top of closing transactions and transferring of funds. The Quinns are great communicators, very thorough and organized, and have the expertise to navigate Floridas ever changing housing markets. After 14 real estate transaction with the Quinns as guides, I confidently recommend them to all selling property, or looking to find their next home.

Emily Konosapek is a genuine native of SW Florida and the quintessential professional. She went well above and beyond with the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. Always attentive, caring and very honest. She answered texts and calls very quickly with her engaging and straightforward demeanor - she made both ends of the transaction go seamlessly. She assisted me with my own staging and in so many ways that other realtors would never have taken the extra time to help with. She was realistic with what I could afford rather than giving me empty promises. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone selling or buying their home for her expertise, unsurpassed knowledge, experience, and honest advice. If you want a realtor to give you unrealistic expectations where your house is on the market for months, then I suggest you look elsewhere because Emily is at the top of her game with a no-nonsense approach; you won’t regret it!

Had recently very good experience buying a property with Egesta. She knows the market, provided us all the information we needed and took care of all details during the closing process. Very smooth transition.

Ronald Smith of Keller Williams did an outstanding job as our listing agent for the sale of our home in Englewood, Florida. From start to finish Ron nailed every aspect of the home selling process for us. He provided expert advice and guidance regarding the current housing market and correct pricing of our home in accordance with market conditions. Ron also handled our property photography, aerial drone footage and a highly professional digital mapping of our house. The results were truly stunning! We received numerous positive comments on our house from prospective buyers. He also expertly managed over 30 showings of our home over a three-day period which resulted in more than ten offers! We received several offers that were well over our asking price. Our house sold in just three days due to the hard work and dedication of Ron Smith. It was indeed a joy to work with Ron. He continuously kept us informed and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Ron has the experience and knowledge to lead anyone through the selling and buying process. I can easily and confidently provide my highest possible recommendation for Ronald Smith to anyone out there looking for a no hassle approach and “easy-to-work-with” style of real estate agent. We could not be happier with the results. Thanks again Ron and a job well done! Bravo Zulu! Warmest Regards, Steve & Mina Sumner
