My experience with Dave Holborn was great! He was very easy going, he was not pushy which is one of the reason's I loved working with him. I know of other realtors that want to just make a sale but he truly cared about what we wanted in a home and told us when it was not a good deal. My fiance and I bought our first home 10/31/12 and it was a long process since the seller's were a pain but with Dave by our side the whole way we knew everything would work out for the best! Great with new home buyers

The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home.
