I interviewed several realtors and by far she exceeded all my expectations. I am forever grateful for holding my hand through this entire experience. She made it very stress-free for me. Considering my situation. Again, she’s probably one of the best if not the best in the area.

Danene was fantastic. We priced the home competitively and got some decent activity. Wanted it to go fast so we did a price reduction about 10 days in and within a week we were under contract. She was also able to negotiate an extended close to give us time to get out.
