As a first time home seller through a realtor, my husband and I were pleased with how the process went. As with any seller/buyer transaction, there are bound to be hiccups along the way... None of ours were because of Brandon. He handled all issues with our buyer's realtor quickly and professionally - even after closing was complete. We would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in SW Florida.

Mark was above excellent. I have sold four other houses in my lifetime, this was, by far the most challenging. Mark went above and beyond on many occasions, to include moving furniture out of the house. I was out of town for most of the time, so Mark stepped up to the plate and assisted in just about everything If it needed done, Mark handled it. And I would like to think that I gained a friend, not just an agent. Anyone buying a house in S.W. Florida could not find a better agent!!
