In 1996 Roxann became a licensed Realtor in sunny Florida, continuing to expand her success as a Sellstate agent in SW Florida. Top Notch Realtor

Roxann did an excellent job every step of the way to accomplish the sale of our rental property in the Coral Lakes community. There were a number of other homes for sale at the same time in Coral Lakes, and she skillfully provided sound advice to get the house ready to sell and arranged for beautiful professional photographs to market the property. She priced it perfectly, and she worked effectively with the buyer's realtor to bring the transaction to a successful conclusion. I have worked with Roxann both to buy and sell for a number of years, and I can say unequivocally that she is the best of the best!

Professional, experienced and always prompt

We are thankful for Roxann making the process of selling and purchasing our homes seamless. We had a bumpy ride with a home builder and Roxann helped us navigate getting our house sold and into a new one. She was available and prompt answering any concerns we would have. There was never a time we could not get in touch with her which gave us peace of mind. She is Minnesota nice and Florida savvy. We can understand why she is a top agent!

Excellent experience with Roxann and her team. Very professional and very efficient

Roxann and her team provided professional and excellent customer service to assist with our home. From the first phone call we were briefed about all the steps through entire process. We were directed to a mortgage broker and title company. We were then set up with inspections which went smoothly. All of our questions were immediately addressed. She followed up on all steps with mortgage broker and title company to ensure a smooth transition. It was a 100% better experience from our past experience with home purchases. I highly recommend Roxann and her team!
