Our experience with Lise Wosick was top notch during the time of our purchase of land in Port Charlotte. She was very knowledgeable in the area in which we were looking. It helps that an agent knows about the surrounding area, and that was instrumental in our decision. She drove us and toured us around the city and downtown. It gave us a feel of what it would be like to live in the area. She also was very pleasant to work with, and there was no rush or pressure to make a choice. She also assisted us with all the paperwork and her contacts in the industry made for a very stress-free experience. We will definitely work with her again, and I would recommend anyone we know that is looking to do any real estate transaction to work with her. Thank you, Lise, for a great experience.

Within the first hour my wife and I met Yuri, I accidentally locked the keys inside the house. She was very patient and helpful in figuring out a solution to our lock out problem. While we sat there on the patio waiting for a locksmith, we got a chance to really get acquainted. She explained the process to us and assured us that she were going to be with us and for us, not only in selling our home but also with the purchase of our new home. She brilliantly navigated us through a tough time called THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. If I could sum up our experience into one word it would be (METHODICAL) Thank You Yuri

Jen was recommended to us by a friend and she was an Angel in the process of selling our house. She was extremely knowledgeable (as first time sellers we had so many questions) and she was really there for us. Everything was done so well and quickly, from the professional pictures and videos to the listing. Our house was basically sold in less than 24 hours, which was really mind blowing. She guided us through the contract and closing and her attention to details was second to none. And besides all that, she made us feel super special throughout the process, which added so much to the experience. We couldn’t be more thankful for everything Jen has done for us. Next time we either buy or sell a house, Jen is the one we will call, no doubt. We 100% recommend her.

Eric was a delight to work with - always helpful, knowledgeable about the market and really guided me through the process. I believe he went above and beyond to help me get my house ready to put on the market!
