Cherie is very knowledgeable of the Venice area. Cherie helped guide us every step of the way from deciding the best price to sell our house, accepting the best offer, and just providing her overall guidance and knowledge through the entire process. Cherie was always looking out for us first and reviewed all documents for us throughly to make sure they were accurate. Cherie is also a lot of fun to work with from her overall humor and energy. Cherie always had a smile on her face every time we met or talked. When we are ready to purchase our forever home, Cherie will be the first realtor we use to help us with that purchase. Thank you Cherie for all you did to help us with this next phase in our life. You truly are an amazing individual who has the biggest heart when working with her clients.

This sale had many unusual aspects to it and was not a really easy closing but Lisa did an outstanding job in not only handling everything as it came up but kept us informed with everything along the way. We have bought and sold other land and houses with her as our agent and would go back to her if/when we again need a real estate agent.
