This sale had many unusual aspects to it and was not a really easy closing but Lisa did an outstanding job in not only handling everything as it came up but kept us informed with everything along the way. We have bought and sold other land and houses with her as our agent and would go back to her if/when we again need a real estate agent.

I couldn’t have asked for a more patient, kind, knowledgeable, caring agent! Sandra was always accommodating to our needs. She always made herself available to see a house within hours of a phone call. She made sure she was with us during all of the requirements while under contract, she would reach out to our lender to make sure we could step up offers, she went as far as calling the city to inquire about the previous owner’s unpaid water bill. The best part was having her by our side on closing day! I don’t consider Sandra just an agent, she is a friend!

We worked with Ciara when purchasing our Lake Placid home. We were communicating mostly by email and she answered all our questions very promptly. She was very good at accommodating with our schedule, which was important since we were traveling from a distance. We will definitely use Ciara again for future real estate needs.
