Vinico was able to create an excellent listing for our property & achieve 3 (at our price) offers within 3 days. He then helped successfully guide our sale process through (city) regulatory issues, property mgmt vendor delays, a new roof being installed on the building and other challenges. Vinico was always gracious, quick to respond and several steps ahead of all issues. We’re extremely grateful for his effectiveness, knowledge of real estate and a genuine care to handle details (of our home sale) the right way.

We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. We knew we were not her only clients, but she never missed a beat with us. We bought a for sale by owner house, so we dealt directly with the homeowners. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents.
