Example: Home we bought was listed as having sewer system by seller when in fact the system is a pressure effluent system (special system) that connects into city sewer system. Toni provided additional information regarding how this system operates. Toni is good communicator with other agents. Toni able to quickly assess a buyers needs & wishes and provided property information tailored to buyer desires. Toni very calm & patient in assisting buyer to locate property suitable to buyer. She was always accessible to view properties at buyer request. We were privileged & honored to have Toni represent us as a buying agent. This is our second time to have Toni represent us as a buyers agent. She represented and assisted us in purchasing a home in 2021 and also in 2026.
