Jack was great. Vast knowledge of the market. He listened to what type of house/community we were looking for and concentrated on OUR needs. He always answered the phone when I called. Even after we closed Jack stayed in touch to make sure we were settling in and provide us with information on local activities, vendors and another questions we had. Jack called me immediately upon our query on a property- and our relationship begun on that first phone call. From the very beginning, Jack started running with our contract and would keep that pace throughout the entire process. Our purchase proved to be a huge challenge: in fact, we almost lost the contract a few times. Problems with the survey, inspection(s), timelines, and even the seller to name a few. Jack; however, tackled and overcame every problem head on. His "no drama" approach was a comfort for us- a dual military family. Jack worked the contract as if he was buying the house for himself. I have yet to see such dedication in any of my previous 3 home purchases. A major testimate to Jack's experience was his ability to negotiate our final purchase price and associated costs well beneath asking - all during a "pandemic era" of home-buying. This made the seller become less than favorable on many occasions; however, Jack was relentless and quelled storm after storm! Jack is very proactive, does not beat around the bush, and makes things happen- all while maintaining a highly professional work ethic. Jack is an awesome agent, he was extremely helpful and it did not take him long to figure out exactly what I was looking for. This was very helpful because he could look at houses without me and know whether it would be a good fit or not.
