Ann my axing and wonderful experience!!!!!!!

Selling our homes with Cole was an amazing experience. Moving is stressful as can be but Cole was there for the entire process. Not only is he a wonderful individual, but as a Realtor , he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and follows through. He surrounds himself with the right people to stage your home and take wonderful pictures. He is honest, so you can trust his valuations, and represents you like you were family. I would not sell or buy another home, without calling him first. He is worthy of your trust and cares so much that you can leave the process to him, and follow his recommendations and suggestions.

Remote Purchase Expertise

I actually never met Sharon until after the purchase of our condo. My wife and I live in Rhode Island. My wife flew to the Punta Gorda area to look at properties for sale. Sharon was the listing agent for a condo property of interest. After meeting Sharon, and viewing the condo, my wife told me she wanted to stick with Sharon as we made real estate decisions in the area. Once it turned out that the condo was the property we wanted to buy I took the lead in closing on the condo. Sharon was a huge help through the entire process. From inspections to financing to insurance...Sharon had the connections and knew the steps. With her excellent guidance we were able to make an offer and close on the condo within a month. Both my wife and I recommend Sharon highly!
