Being from out of town we didn't have a clue who to use for our Realtor. A friend of my sons suggested Realtor Dawn Foran. That was a lucky find for us. Dawn Foran made our out of town buying experience a breeze. I had a limited time to find a new home. I gave her the dates that I would be in town and she was ready to hit the ground running. Dawn was readily available to show us all the listings in the areas we were looking to buy. With her help and expertise we found a lovely home. Dawn was there to help me navigate the process of arranging all the necessary inspection in the allotted time frame of my visit. She stood by to help from the beginning of the process through closing. Dawn is very knowledgeable in all areas of Florida real estate, she is very thoughtful even remembering my grand children with a gift for them at closing.
