It helps that an agent knows about the surrounding area, and that was instrumental in our decision. She drove us and toured us around the city and downtown. My property took longer to sell with so much competition in the same development. But with some suggestions from her on how to "spruce" up the curb appeal, I believe helped to attract more potential buyers.
