Buyer of 1521 San Marino Court, Punta Gorda

Verified Review

Excellent knowledge of the area and homes for sale.

He was good at pointing out things I would have missed or didn't have knowledge of. Great realtor to work with he went above and beyond even after the sale. An 11 out of 10.

Seller of 21 Golfview Rd, Rotonda

Excellent, caring, super knowledgeable agent who took great interest in helping us!

Kristen is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor who clearly knows her selling/listing area. It was apparent from the first few minutes of our meeting that she had a solid understanding of what we needed to do to sell our family member's home quickly, the price point for listing, and how the extensive upgrades to the home might not garner the original listing/selling price we had in mind. Her honesty was refreshing and very helpful! We are very thankful for a very quick sale and a smooth closing, all brought about by Kristen's guiding hand through the entire process. We highly recommend Kristen!!
