I have been working with Larry Simmons and his Company for over 8 years and have been happy with the service I have received. Larry is always pleasant, answers or returns calls and e mails. He keeps his appointments and gets the job done in a reasonable amount of time. He also keeps the costs reasonable and is able to look at matters from both sides.

I worked with Bryan for over 2 years looking for a home to buy. And during this sellers market we are in he was patient, thoughtful, and commited to finding my family the right home! Many times he could have told me to just “buy this one,” but instead he took the time to go over the pros/cons of each home we viewed which was a big list. I would highly recommend and I do plan on using Bryan for future transactions!

Phil is great...very friendly and enthusiastic. He sold my home in less than 2 weeks, and, when the inspector found some issues with the roof, he was able to round up a licensed contractor to fix it during Christmas week so we could close on time. What great service!
