I purchased my house 18 months ago and Dodd was very helpful. He understood what I was looking for and my price range and found houses for me to look at that met those requirements. He picked me up several times at my old house because i was not familiar with the area where we were going. He was very helpful in completing all the closing procedures. I would call him again if I were to buy another house.

I can not say enough good things about Brittany. Buying a home from out of state has it's own set of problems...not only did she make all my short window time frames work out from the beginning, she went above and beyond to be on board every step of the way. She is so professional and answered every text/email I sent following through with anyone that needed to be involved. I knew I could trust her and that means everything when you are 1200 miles away. We purchased this home in less than 30 days and could not have done so without her. I do not hesitate to recommend Brittany to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home. *****Just excellent*****
