I have looked up buying a home for years before finally going for it myself. I've heard of nightmares and how difficult the process is. And before Renata came along, I almost gave up buying one myself. After working with a few different realtors, I had just about threw my money into stocks to wait another few years. If I needed help with something she was a call away. She fought for me to have the best deal and taught me things I didn't even know about when it came to the back and forth on pricing negotiation. We closed within 30 days and everything felt so easy with her. I was taken care of and I 100% will be going with her again for my next house that I get in the future. Even after the sale I plan to keep her in my life, she is highly knowledgeable and has connections to other people that will help me with future projects I may have for my house. I couldn't recommend her enough, I will be telling everyone about her.
