In 2011 I was living in NYC, working full time while also attending college full time at night. As if life wasn't complicated enough, I was also in the process of looking for a home to buy in Florida. The lease on my apartment was about to expire, both my wife and I had handed in letters of resignation to our employers and our kids were not registered for the following school year in NYC. We were desperate to find the right Florida home. This is when we first met Arles Hernandez. Knowing our time was limited and our deadline was drawing close, Arles worked feverishly to narrow our search and optimize the homes we would be able to see during the weekend trips we would make down to look at homes. Arles, knowing our situation, would meet us early and work until late into the evenings. Once back in New York, we would receive updated lists, from Arles, of homes that better matched our criteria and it wasn't long before it seemed as though Arles knew exactly what we were looking for. In July of 2011, we finally found a home that we loved and in spite of the fact that we were a thousand miles away, with Arles help, the transaction moved quickly and seamlessly. I can honestly say that Arles went above and beyond in order to make sure that our experience was a good one. I couldn't have asked for more, and he comes with the highest recommendation.

From the very beginning, Chris took the time to explain different types of homes and areas of The Villages. We had long talks and learned a great deal from him. He was never impatient or in a hurry. And he educated us with a strong sense of humor. Chris is very knowledgeable about the buying and selling process including whether a property is listed by MLS or by The Villages - there is a difference.... I would recommend Chris very highly. He'll get the job done. He's a good listener and comes to understand his client and his client's wishes, tastes and desires.

Ivanny was the best choice we could have made and we cannot recommend her enough to anyone who may need a realtor. In prepping for the sale of our home Ivanny helped us clean and stage the home so it would be beautiful for photos. She helped us strategize for price improvements and wording for our listing. She took great time and care to ensure we were informed and happy with every choice. She used her resources to gather information hosting a brokers open and discussing feedback with us. We were always part of the process and she made herself available for any questions we had. Anything we needed. She was there. She wasn’t just available and informative. She was honest as well.
