I worked as a realtor in Texas and I thought I could sell my own house in Florida. I was mistaken. I did a FSBO in Zillow and she contacted me directly, telling me that I was loosing money. She convinced me to list and one day after listing it, it went under contract at the price she said. Didn't have a problem at all and we closed on time. This is one knowledgeable realtor. I vouch for her and her husband 100%. I'm extremely happy and thankful I met her.
