Responses were quick. Handled all the changes made by the buyer. Communicated quickly.

I can not say enough good things about this experience I had with Kelly Freeman and Paul Donovan. They were the nicest people and were very prompt whenever I had questions or needed help with anything. I was amazed with their kindness and every time I talked with them they felt like they were just normal friends of mine. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a realtor!

We knew Kelly was the right agent for us even before our initial phone conversation. Her 25 years of experience in real estate and the mortgage and title insurance space really impressed us and proved to be exactly what we needed to help us navigate the complexities of buying a home remotely - a multi-generational long-distance move to a brand new state to boot! Ever cheerful and professional, Kelly was so quick to respond to ALL of our inquiries - and there were MANY. As a local herself, she really knows the market and was able to find us our dream home that will happily accommodate my mom, my husband and me, our visiting adult Floridian daughter and her friends - and our three pooches! - for many years to come. And she helped us negotiate just the right deal. She kept us informed during every step of the process and she made everything so easy for us with clear communication and solid advice. I particularly enjoyed the fact that she’s a fellow detail-oriented list maker. IYKYK! Kelly is a lovely person and we throughly enjoyed working with her. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Laisa went above and beyond to help us find a home in an area that we felt comfortable. Being from out of state, she recommended and helped us find all the services we needed to save us researching everything. There were a few bumps in the road along the way, but Laisa was on it and got everything straightened out quickly and to our satisfaction.

Laisa was amazing from start to finish! As we were looking at homes she was noting out likes and dislikes and reviewing the market and making suggestions for other options constantly. She was very knowledgeable about the areas. During the offer stage Laisa worked tirelessly on our behalf and did the paperwork for the sellers agent and had our best interests at the forefront. We can’t Thank her enough! We would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

Responsive and persistent to bring acceptable offer to seller to finalize the deal.
