But the most important advice she gave me was the selling price. Gabriella took the time to do research on recent sales of comparable homes and took into account the many upgrades made to my house through the years, the great shape it was in and that a new roof was literally being installed. She wanted to give me her best estimate of a realistic market value so that the house wouldn’t sit in the market having to lower the price to sell it later on. She gave me her advice and I trusted her recommendation. She listed my house and on the first day that it was on the market a wonderful family saw it, fell in love with it, immediately put an offer on it and bought it.
