He took the time to truly understand what we were looking for in a house and only showed us houses that matched our search criteria. As first time homebuyers, we knew very little about the home buying process. Mark thoroughly explain the house buying process from start to finish. When we had questions, he ALWAYS picked up his phone or shot us a text message within minutes. He is a great negotiator and is highly respected by other Real Estate Agents.
