We have known Pete for more than 14 years and he has become more of a friend than our Realtor. He helped purchase one of our first properties in Davenport, Florida. He was also the Managing Agent for our two properties for all that time. He dealt with every property issue promptly in a relaxed and professional manner (and he always saw the funny side too) which made this stress-free living so far away in the UK. He always gave great advise and was very accountable, we trusted him 100%. And when we decided to sell our two properties, he found both buyers super quick, couldn't believe it, he had great market knowledge and good communication skills. Back in 2024, Susan was a highly recommended Realtor by the local community and still is. I met with her briefly to discuss the market in case of a certain situation came up and I could plan ahead. Immediate I could tell that Susan is not just there to sell. She has a genuine interest for her clients and her community. Even though I was not a client, she took her time to advice and gave me all the possible angles and possibilities to achieve a positive outcome.
