Alicia was very helpful and responsive and kept the transaction progressing smoothly until completion. If anything was missing or needed, she was very supportive and responsive to get anything needed. Very good representative of her client.

All I can say is only use Beatrice Miranda for any of your real estate transactions! She is so professional, communicates with you at all times and is a creative thinker to resolve any issues that might arise. She has trades that she uses regularly to hit deadlines for any repairs that might come up. The best thing that I love about Beatrice is the enthusiasm she has for your property and will hold your hand and educate you throughout the entire process. After the sale of my property I was told by the title company how wonderful Beatrice was to deal with the level of professionalism shown and they look forward to working with her again, as do I. Don't wait...call her immediately if you are in the market to buy, rent or sell your property.
