Buenas tardes quiero estresar mi agradecimiento a Vicente Virgilio, primero que todo excelente se humano, también excelente Realtor; desde el momento en que lo conocimos nos ha atendido de una manera muy profesional al principio cuando llegamos a los Estados Unidos el nos rentó una de las propiedades que tiene bajo la administración de su empresa, luego decidimos comprar nuestra primera vivienda y nos acompañó en todo momento hasta realizar la compra, también siempre estuvo en todo momento para aclararnos cualquier duda que tuviéramos, pasados dos años y medio decidimos vender la propiedad y por supuesto que mejor resultó que Vicente Virgilio ? Se colocó la propiedad en venta y pudimos concretar la misma en corto tiempo en fin nuestra experiencia fue excelente eternamente agradecido con Vicente, también quería comentarles que de esa relación que comenzó por un negocio hoy en día somos grandes amigos lo recomiendo al 100% que tengan excelente día.

We listed to get professional help. An offer came during the listing for the price we wanted to sell ideally, net. We told our listing agent of the offer to work together perhaps a deal can be struck and still net the price we were attracted to. After a few days I had to ask our agent for status as none was received. We were told they were not interested to work with the property being listed. We feel no heart felt arrangement was involved with the third party. Fortunately the property neighbor was interested and offered $8500 less than the figure we were aspiring for. We settled with some disappointment. Then we asked the agent for a paper copy of the deed when made official. No deed came. We had to reach out to the title officer to please furnish as a copy which she gladly obliged. Perhaps 3-star should be the case, but 4-star is good, a point for his upbeat demeanor.

Throughout my entire experience, from selling my home of 22 years to finding the perfect one to live in, after my nest went empty, Leori was there every step of the way.
