As buyers from outside Central Florida, we were looking for someone to help us find a niche home: a property in the Orlando area where we could store our RV motorhome. Although we succeeded in finding the ideal home, we encountered some challenges (not of our making) in closing on the property. Funding a home was a bit of a struggle, I had another experience with another realtor previous to meeting Cristian and it wasn't pleasant to say the least, we were under contract and I almost lost my escrow, but once I found Cristian, all the process was great, the home had a lot of work to do, and desling with the sellers was a lot easier with him on my side, will always recommend him
