What a pleasant experience dealing with our realtor Doug. He was always available for a text or a phone call. Doug’s knowledge of the area was apparent and appreciated. If you want someone who follows thru and has amazing communication skills Doug is the realtor for you. If I am ever in need of a realtor I won’t hesitate to call him again.

Emilie Parker is the kind of buyer’s agent you wish you could clone and send to every state. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with. If every agent were like Emilie, this job would be a lot less stressful, and a lot more tasty. Highly recommend!

Diana is very serious about her job and takes it to heart. She communicates along the way with every step. Don't hesitate to call her with any questions or concerns because she is very willing to answer any issues you may have. Diana will keep you in the loop with text, email and phone calls. She is very personable. Diana has been a realtor for several years and takes her job very seriously. She aims to please each client. My situation was a little different in the fact that I live out of state. She went out of her way for me. Diana ended up representing me, the seller as well as the buyers. She kept the playing field fair and represented me well. Diana knew what my end was with the expenses and story and kept that in mind when negotiating my deal. She was and is very professional. I have never met Diana personally, but I can tell you that I feel like I have. Diana cares about her client, their feelings and wears her heart on her sleeve.
