I WISH WE COULD CLONE HER
Charmagne sold my house in Florida quickly with integrity and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone as much as I do her. She always does what is in your best interest and it is the right thing to do. I only wish we could clone her and I could have had her here in Arizona to help me purchase my new home!

Charmagne went above & beyond to sell my home.
no one will answer all your questions, guide you thru the process, or share so much of their time & knowledge than Charmagne. I was days away from closing when my home suffered damage for a hurricane. Not only did she keep the buyers happy and informed, she assisted with finding contractors, following up inspections, and tons of other support that went above & beyond the job description.

Excellent Realtor
Miss Charmagne is the most motivated realtor I have ever dealt with. She listed, sold and closed on my home in Lakeland all within a three week period.
