We could not have done this without Christie and John Di Lemme as our real estate team. From selling our previous Condo to House Hunting and finding our new condo in Delray Beach, Christie and John guided us every step of the way. They truly took us by the hand through the entire process, which we needed, and we are so grateful we found them. Everything came together beautifully. They listened to what mattered to us, helped us focus on the right community, and found us the perfect space, where we could enjoy the beautiful amenities and lifestyle we were looking for. Christie was also amazing during negotiations. She negotiated the price even lower than what we were expecting, and saved us thousands of dollars in the process. That meant so much to us. The house hunting experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Christie and John made us feel comfortable, confident, and cared for the entire time. We highly recommend Christie Di Lemme and John Di Lemme to anyone buying or selling real estate in Florida. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and truly go above and beyond for their clients. Thank you, Christie and John — you are amazing! — Dave & Susan T. Delray Beach, Florida

Veronica is very honest and she explains the whole process and what to expect without any hidden agendas. It was refreshing to see someone that is honest considering a bad experience we had prior to our home purchase. We are very happy in our new home and working with Veronica! We highly recommend her!

Working with Rima was honestly one of the best decisions we made when selling our home. From day one, she was incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the market. She guided us through every step of the process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-organized. Rima did an amazing job pricing our home strategically, which helped attract serious buyers quickly. Her communication was always clear and timely—we never felt out of the loop. She also handled negotiations confidently and got us a great final sale price that we were very happy with. What really stood out was her dedication and attention to detail. She genuinely cared about getting us the best outcome and was always available to answer our questions and support us. We highly recommend Rima to anyone looking to sell their home. She’s reliable, experienced, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients

Working with Connie was a great experience. She has the balance of experience, great instincts, with the key ability to listen to the desires and needs of her client. She went way above and beyond in every area of the process. As experienced home buyers, we had high expectations of our agent and Connie not only met but exceeded every expectation! Thank you Connie and God Bless you, you made a very stressful process very easy, will recommend to anyone!!!

I owe Scott too many "thank you's" to mention. He was very professional and helpful through the whole process of finding the home that I was looking for, then selling one house and purchasing another all in the same day. My stress level was very low knowing that I could completely trust him. Thank you again Scott, I am gradually making this my forever home. Hugs, Sherrill
