House Hunting Success Saved Us Thousands and took us by the Hand

We could not have done this without Christie and John Di Lemme as our real estate team. From selling our previous Condo to House Hunting and finding our new condo in Delray Beach, Christie and John guided us every step of the way. They truly took us by the hand through the entire process, which we needed, and we are so grateful we found them. Everything came together beautifully. They listened to what mattered to us, helped us focus on the right community, and found us the perfect space, where we could enjoy the beautiful amenities and lifestyle we were looking for. Christie was also amazing during negotiations. She negotiated the price even lower than what we were expecting, and saved us thousands of dollars in the process. That meant so much to us. The house hunting experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Christie and John made us feel comfortable, confident, and cared for the entire time. We highly recommend Christie Di Lemme and John Di Lemme to anyone buying or selling real estate in Florida. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and truly go above and beyond for their clients. Thank you, Christie and John — you are amazing! — Dave & Susan T. Delray Beach, Florida
