We felt that John & Brenda did an exceptional job in selling our unit. Before the process began they gave us details as to the state of the market which allowed us to get comfortable with pricing. When we were ready to enter the market they met with us and reviewed our expectations and then we were able to come up with a price that we felt was realistic and placed the condo on the market. During the process they also explained how they would market the condo. They also were extremely helpful in removing personal affects that we were unable to attend too as we were back in Canada. The whole process was smooth and once we received an offer they were very helpful and made us comfortable during the negotiation process prior to closing. During the closing process they were helpful in determining a closing agent. The closing went very smooth and the whole process was very smooth.

Did a Fabulous job in putting our house on the market, the photography was Fabulous. It was listed late Thursday, had 2 showings on Sat morning was sold by Monday. Heath stepped in to take on our listing after another realtor could not get any traction after 90 days on market. He pursued us since we had a mutual connection from the past and he had plenty of ideas of how to get the deal done. The market in that area was challenging for many reasons, but Heath’s persistence in holding open houses, checking in on the home, sending out messaging, and even going so far as to stand outside the home during open houses to catch drive by’s definitely made a difference in getting the property sold. We appreciated his honesty and expertise when we had questions and how quick he was to find us answers when we needed them. As first time sellers, we felt well taken care of.
