Lindsey made the buying process simple and streamlined. She showed us the property, and forwarded our offer to the seller's realtor. And she successfully faced down several points by the seller's realtor that were certainly in the seller's best interest, bit not in our best interest. She presented our counter offer with an accompanying rationale that resulted in the acceptance of our offer ! 3/2 in beautiful spring lake. Communication was good, marketing knowledge was good, negotiation was ok, only because we couldn't be here for more viewing. After only seeing the house one time we felt some what distant in the process. Professionalism was good and we came to love Spring Lake out of ALL of the many many houses we requested to see from our research.
