3/2 in beautiful spring lake. Communication was good, marketing knowledge was good, negotiation was ok, only because we couldn't be here for more viewing. After only seeing the house one time we felt some what distant in the process. Professionalism was good and we came to love Spring Lake out of ALL of the many many houses we requested to see from our research.
