Lisa was and is extremely helpful in all the related concerns regarding the property vslues, sales aspect and even aftermarket details setting up anew home which include most of the related utilities, dealing with associated vendors… Lisa comes highly recommended by me and well worth having her in your favor.

Every sale has it's obstacles and we had a few. Alysia took those challenges and handled everyone of them promptly and stress free to us and onto the road for a smooth closing. She is a hardworking, compassionate individual and we are so blessed we used her for the sale of our home.

Overall good experience

We were visiting the Port Charlotte area to get familiar with the different subdivisions and the area in general. We spent several days visiting and calling on different vacant lots and houses. Cindy was the only agent who returned our calls. We asked her to put us on an email list with properties that would meet our criteria. She did so and we began receiving lists of available properties immediately. Cindy was very patient in answering any of our questions and taking steps to find out information that she didn't already have. Cindy knew going into working with us that we weren't necessarily in a hurry to buy and that this could be a lengthy process. She was great thru the entire thing. It turned out that we bought a vacant lot fairly quickly. Cindy was great thru the title/closing process and actually re-wrote some things in the purchase agreement to give us additional protections. We are not finished in the Port Charlotte area and will continue to use Cindy when we can.
