Kevin spent a great deal of time showing us properties over the course of several months (approx 6 months). We were 16 hours away during most of the search. I called, text and emailed a lot and Kevin always responded very quickly and never made me feel like I was bothering him at any time. My husband and I really appreciate Kevin and Chad, and all they did for us as we had a few opportunities to problem solve throughout this transaction, and together, we always found a solution.
