She only looked for houses that had the features we wanted, and she worked day and night to find our perfect home just 30 minutes away from Orlando. She has great sense of urgency when submitting offers and had great attention to detail st all times. Furthermore, she maintained communication with the lender, title company and seller at all times and always kept us informed throughout the process, she made the transaction go smoothly, and the whole process only took 45 days, and it would have been less if the house had been ready. I sincerely cannot recommend her enough. If you are looking for an agent that cares about you and understands your needs, then Lucy is the agent you are looking for. But the real icing on the cake was when after the closing she found errors in the final numbers, and now I am going to get a refund from my closing costs.
